We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but if an item isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered pieces within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Await Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
